  Wow..... Such rude service. Staff memeber had an immediate attitude change as soon as we attempted to haggle, as the name of the store suggests. She then proceded to belittle us as we walked away. Stupid thing was we didn't even mention a price, just asked if they could do a better one. Should really change the name of your store. Or even better change your staff.

  Very poor delivery service, no where near on time, didnt want to take our lounge upstairs because of insurance, all other furniture stores do, would not unwrap, dump and run service. I wont be back!
