  Amazing customer service from this store. I have used Toys R Us twice each time for our twins Xmas and Birthday presents and have an amazing experience. They are always willing to help you check stock that may not be on floor, and even replacing an item I had issue with that was an Xmas present that was faulty. All the team I have dealt with each time I have gone into this store were awesome. Well done!!
